The company SORS OÜ was founded in Tallinn, Estonia, in 2018. The main focus of our business is renting out our staff, specifically welders, turners, and assemblers of metal structures with Bureau Veritas certificates, as well as machine operators, engineers, and quality inspectors. Initially, our customers were production facilities that manufactured heavy port equipment such as forklifts and systems for loading containers onto ships. 

As time has passed, our staff has expanded to include seafarers of various specializations, including Deck Officers, Engineers, and ratings. To cater to this expansion, we have established a crew management department within our Tallinn office. The managers of this department possess extensive experience in crew manning, with decades of collaboration with crew manning agencies, shipowners, ship managers, and flag state administrations worldwide.
